La Traversée – Suicide Prevention and Crisis Center believes in the complementary nature of the services offered by the various players in the community to make a difference in each individual’s life.
Our missions are different but complementary and can meet one or more needs. Here is an overview of the community and psychosocial resources available in the region. Do not hesitate to communicate with those resources, they are here to help you. Asking for help means you’re strong.

Offers services and prevention activities, intervention and postvention to the population of Pierre-De Saurel MRC.
Mental Health Quebec Pierre-De Saurel
Promotes mental health of the general population by conducting awareness campaigns and developing educational materials with the aim of maintaining and improving mental health, as well as preventing mental health problems. Promoting mental health by offering courses and activities to people who have experienced or are experiencing emotional and affective difficulties.
Maison l’Ancrage
Support young people aged 16-23 in difficulty to prevent them from becoming homeless, by offering them temporary housing, helping them resolve their interpersonal conflicts, reintegrating them into their family or another suitable living environment and supporting them in their life projects.
L’Air du temps Youth house
A place led and supervised by significant adults, where you can learn about democracy and community life, participate as a citizen and develop personal confidence.
Maison Le Passeur
To promote equal relationships between people by raising awareness of non-violence and by providing psychological interventions for men in distress of behaving violent,y, from a humanist and pacifist perspective.
Alternative Justice Pierre-De Saurel
Promote the use of alternative and informal dispute resolution problems. Promote peaceful behaviour and encourage more harmonious relationships.
